Q. Are these an absorbent diaper?
A. No. These are waterproof plastic covers intended to sit over a separate absorbent diaper. The plastic shell does not provide absorbency.
Q. Do I have to pull them down to remove them?
A. No. The snap closures on both sides let you open the pants for removal.
